La Sábila Apartments is an affordable housing community located in unincorporated San Diego County near Vista, providing 85 homes for seniors aged 55 and older earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Completed in 2026, the community features 85 studio apartments within a thoughtfully designed two-story building centered around a landscaped courtyard. Residents enjoy access to shared amenities including a community room with kitchen, computer lab, outdoor patio, and welcoming gathering spaces throughout the property.

La Sábila also provides onsite services and social programming to support healthy aging and connection among residents. A portion of the apartments are reserved as supportive housing for seniors exiting homelessness, with additional case management and wellness services available.
