Levant Senior Cottages provides 127 affordable homes with onsite services tailored to the needs of low-income seniors age 55+ who earn between 25% and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Located in San Diego's Linda Vista neighborhood, it is the first property to open doors on land offered by the County of San Diego through an initiative to use excess County sites for the development of affordable housing. Levant opened in 2024 and was built by Wakeland in partnership with San Diego Kind.

Its design includes 18 single-story bungalow-type buildings arranged around two elevator-serviced two-story buildings connected by a walkway and one large community building that host onsite services and social activities for residents.
