Lofts on Landis is a mixed-use affordable housing community that provides 33 units (including 6 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom homes), all designed for families earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Developed in partnership with Family Health Centers of San Diego, this new construction/urban infill project is located close to transportation, parks, retail and other community amenities in the center of downtown Chula Vista, CA, and includes parking and office space for the nearby Chula Vista Family Health Center.
