Los Vecinos provides 42 affordable homes (12 one-bedroom, 16 two-bedroom, and 14 three-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). This award-winning project is a model for sustainability and achieved the highest score in LEED multifamily to date when it was completed in 2009.

Wakeland is the sole developer, owner and operator of Los Vecinos.
