Mission Heritage Plaza is an award-winning mixed-use community in downtown Riverside that combines multiple community resources in two buildings on one site - including 72 affordable homes and services for families and homeless/disabled veterans located in a highly-accessible and transit-connected area, new offices for the Fair Housing Council of Riverside County (FHCRC) to use in the organization's continued fight to protect the housing rights of all individuals, and the first-of-its-kind Civil Rights Institute of Inland Southern California, which provides public programming, historic resources and exhibits that trace the rich and diverse Civil Rights history of the area from nearly 200 years ago until today.
Housing at Mission Heritage Plaza serves the broad range of people who need affordable homes, with a mix of 1-bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom homes for working families, formerly homeless veterans and people exiting homelessness.
