Muirlands at Windemere provides 350 affordable homes (28 one-bedroom, 130 two-bedroom and 92 three-bedrooms), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This new construction project was completed in Spring 2006 and is a limited partnership with Fairfield Residential.
