Serenade on 43rd is a thoughtfully designed affordable housing community located in San Diego’s City Heights neighborhood, offering 65 homes for households earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Completed in 2025, the development combines the preservation of existing affordable homes with new construction to create a welcoming and cohesive residential campus. The community features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with shared amenities such as open courtyards, a community room with kitchen and computer lab, a tot lot, and outdoor gathering spaces.

Serenade on 43rd also provides onsite resident services designed to support stability and wellness. Dedicated supportive housing apartments and services are available for individuals exiting homelessness, helping residents build a strong foundation for long-term success.
