Talmadge Gateway is fully leased up, but people who are experiencing homelessness can call 211 for housing resources.

Talmadge Gateway is San Diego's first 100 percent permanent supportive housing community designed for seniors exiting homelessness with medical needs that require ongoing support.

Developed in partnership with City Heights Community Development Corporation, the community provides 60 affordable homes with on and off-site supportive services that promote stability and greater independence, allowing residents to thrive.

Talmadge Gateway opened in July 2017 in the historic central San Diego neighborhood of Talmadge. The property also includes a 1940's-era commercial building that has been renovated as part of the project, contributing to the revitalization of the surrounding neighborhood.
