The Allison provides 58 units designed for households earning between 25% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with 48 units set aside as supportive housing for people exiting homelessness.

Wakeland and Housing Innovation Partners completed rehabilitation construction of The Allison in 2018. Apartments were renovated from top-to-bottom with new materials and energy-conserving appliances. The project also included construction of a new, standalone community building and an 87.1 kilowatt rooftop solar system that reduced energy use at the property by 35%.
