The Chesterfield provides 42 supportive homes in South L.A. for seniors age 55+ who have experienced homelessness. These affordable homes are coupled with robust support services that help residents live more stable, independent lives.
The design includes 42 studio apartments, one two-bedroom manager's unit, a community room, offices for service providers and a laundry room. A ground floor patio and landscaped rooftop terrace with seating areas provides space for socializing outdoors.
Opened in 2022, the property is located close to transit, grocers, a library and other community amenities that serve the needs of seniors.
