The Grove provides 81 affordable homes (one- and two-bedroom homes), all for seniors age 62+ earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Opened in 2020, homes at The Grove are designed with features that address the needs of seniors coupled with complimentary on-site programs that can enhance residents' quality of life and help them remain independent as they age.

Located close to Vista's Civic Center, The Grove offers easy access to public transit, shopping and other community resources, including the public library and senior center.
