The Quincy is a new construction community in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles, that provides 53 supportive homes for extremely low-income, homeless seniors age 55+ with a serious mental disorder.
These affordable homes are coupled with wraparound support services provided onsite. Opened in 2023, the property is an elevator-serviced four-story building with stunning, fully furnished contemporary-design studio apartments. Residents enjoy an easily accessible laundry room, a ground-floor courtyard, and fourth floor deck with open seating.
