The Shores at North Beach is fully leased up, but people who are experiencing homelessness can call 211 for housing resources.

The Shores at North Beach is a new permanent supportive housing community in San Diego’s Ocean Beach neighborhood that provides 13 affordable studio and one-bedroom homes for chronically disabled individuals exiting homelessness.

Opened in late 2024, the urban infill development replaced a former transitional living facility with long-term supportive housing designed to serve the community for years to come. These affordable homes are paired with robust onsite support services that help residents achieve long-term stability and independence.
