The Stratton provides 312 affordable homes (276 two-bedroom and 36 three-bedroom) with 70% of units designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) and the rest for families earning 85% AMI.

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in 2001 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
