The Wilcox is fully leased up, but people who are experiencing homelessness can call 211 for housing resources.

The Wilcox is a new construction community in the East Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles that provides 61 supportive homes for formerly unhoused seniors age 55+ who have chronic health needs. The affordable homes are coupled with robust support services that promote health, housing stability, and individual well-being.

Opened in 2023, the property has four stories of beautiful, contemporary-design studio apartments, ample common areas and amenities, including wraparound support services provided onsite.
