Town Square Rowhomes consists of 6 detached homes (three bedrooms and three baths), sold to families earning approximately 90% to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Wakeland was the sole developer of the project, which was completed in May 2002 to promote homeownership in National City, CA. Town Square Rowhomes was funded by Low-Income Housing Fund, National City Community Development Commission and conventional take-out financing offered to the homeowners through Wells Fargo Bank.
