Trestles provides 71 affordable homes (28 one-bedroom and 43 two-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in 2005 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
