Turnleaf provides 152 affordable homes (33 studio, 61 one-bedroom and 58 two-bedroom) all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in 2003 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
