Via Roble provides 87 affordable homes (9 studios, 9 one-bedrooms, 26 two-bedrooms and 28 three-bedrooms), designed for families earning between 60% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in Spring 2005 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Trinity Housing Group.
