Village Green provides 94 affordable homes (80 two-bedroom, 14 three-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Originally built in 1964, Wakeland purchased the site in May 2009 and completed rehabilitation construction in September 2010.
