Vista Grande provides 49 affordable homes (3 two-bedroom, 1 three-bedroom and 45 four-bedroom), all designed for families earning 50% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Originally built in 1984, Wakeland purchased the site in 2010 and completed rehabilitation constructions in Summer 2011.
