Vista Las Flores provides 28 affordable homes (16 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Wakeland and partners San Diego Interfaith Housing Foundation built this new construction project in 2001 as part of the City of Carlsbad's low-income inclusionary requirement for Standard Pacific Homes' master planned community.

Wakeland renovated Vista Las Flores in 2019 with solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations and a new playground/BBQ area.
