Walden Glen provides 186 affordable homes (6 studio, 2 one-bedroom and 177 two-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in 2001 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
