Westchester Park provides 150 affordable homes (16 one-bedroom, 94 two-bedroom and 40 three-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in 2001 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
