Westgate Apartments provides 204 affordable homes (102 two-bedroom and 102 three-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This new construction project was completed in 2003 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
