Wyndover Apartments provides 136 affordable homes (88 one-bedroom and 48 two-bedroom) all designed for families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in Spring 2006 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
