Our 1,800 sf community meeting space is available to: Non-Profit Organizations Government Entities Mission & Community Based Organizations Whether you're planning a workshop, meeting, or event, we're here to support the work that makes a difference in our City Heights community. SPACE OVERVIEW: Available evenings and weekends No onsite parking (transit encouraged) Nominal cleaning deposit required Featured historic art installation onsite Security cameras onsite Audio/visual equipment not included AMENITIES: Kitchen (w/ refrigerator, oven, and sink) Large countertops and cabinets Floating island Moveable tables and chairs Free Wi-Fi ADA accessible Restrooms




Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair and successful use of our Community Meeting Space, please review the following guidelines before booking: Eligibility This space is available for use by nonprofit organizations, government entities, and mission- or community-based organizations. Booking & Availability Reservations are available evenings and weekends only. All bookings must be made in advance through our online system. Requests are subject to approval and availability. Deposits & Fees A nominal cleaning deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposit refunds are contingent upon the space being left clean and undamaged. Use of Space The space must be used respectfully and only for the purpose stated in your booking. Users are responsible for setup, cleanup, and returning the space to its original condition. All trash must be removed or properly disposed of. Capacity & Amenities Amenities include tables, chairs, kitchen access, restrooms, and Wi-Fi. Users are responsible for any additional equipment or supplies needed. Parking & Access No onsite parking is available; public transit is strongly encouraged. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full deposit refund. Liability The reserving organization assumes responsibility for all participants and any damages incurred during use.
