Audrey Hahn

In more than half a decade of work in the affordable housing industry, Audrey Hahn has contributed to the development of more than 850 affordable homes throughout Southern California region, with an estimated value of $427.9 million.
As Project Manager at Wakeland, Ms. Hahn oversees the development of affordable and permanent supportive housing communities from early predevelopment through permanent loan closing, delivering quality finished communities.
Before coming to Wakeland in January 2022, Ms. Hahn worked at several leading affordable housing developers in the Los Angeles County area, including Abode Communities, Skid Row Housing Trust and Linc Housing. In those positions, she developed a strong skill set in key project management tasks, including identifying and securing funding, building project budgets, and operating as an expeditor in the permitting and project construction with diverse teams of contractors, partners and consultants for both new construction and rehabilitation projects.
Ms. Hahn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Environmental Policy from Occidental College, and interned at Linc Housing before graduating in 2016. Her professional development includes certificates from the inaugural class of the Howard and Irene Levine Affordable Housing Development Program at UCLA’s Ziman Center for Real Estate and LISC LA’s Housing and Development Training Institute.
Ms. Hahn has a strong dedication to community service and has served as a Mentor For Change to high school girls and a local missions volunteer for Tapestry LA Church – where she brings awareness to the homelessness crisis in Los Angeles. She has also provided pro-bono PR services for small women-owned businesses. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping and going on solo trips.
