The specialized Creating Opportunities for Resident Enrichment (CORE) program offers financial literacy and mobility through one-on-one consultations that help residents build stronger credit, save money wisely and work towards homeownership. Some of the programs offered through CORE include:

• Bank-match savings programs 
• Financial literacy education
