Doreen Kartes is responsible for administrative office operations and serves as the friendly face at the front desk of Wakeland's corporate office. She has been involved in the development field since 1985, working with Starboard Development Corporation for 10 years and Catellus Development Corporation for three years before coming to Wakeland. Ms. Kartes also has many years of experience in tax credit and bond applications and has overseen multiple funding applications throughout her career.
