Jeff Brazel has more than 25 years’ experience in real estate development, acquisition and project/asset management of properties located throughout the western region of the United States. He established JVB Real Estate Advisors at the request of clients seeking the services of an established real estate executive to provide expertise in development, project and asset management.
Previously, Mr. Brazel was Senior Vice President of Planning and Acquisitions for Corky McMillin Companies, where he was responsible for land acquisition and disposition activities. He also served as Project Manager for specific major development projects and helped form McMillin’s Asset Management business in 2007.
Mr. Brazel has been active in community affairs, having served as Vice Chair of the Rancho Family YMCA Board of Directors and as a Board member of the East Village Association in downtown San Diego. He has also served as a member of the EDC/SANDAG Employment Lands Committee.
