Background & Design:
La Entrada is a new community that’s transforming Riverside’s Chicago Linden neighborhood with 64 affordable homes in an amenity-rich and transit-connected area. Completed in 2024, this property features five 3-story garden-style buildings, offering a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom layouts. Additionally, it includes two single-story communal structures, one tailored to resident's needs, while the other serves as a Community Annex welcoming local community organizations.
