Lisa Cuvo
Asset Manager
Lisa Cuvo is Wakeland’s Los Angeles-based Asset Manager working in collaboration with service provider and property management partners on the lease up and operation of Wakeland’s Los Angeles and Riverside affordable housing communities. She joins Wakeland’s Asset Management team with more than a decade of experience working in permanent supportive housing and property management.
Ms. Cuvo began her career in homeless services as an Intake Assistant for an emergency shelter serving unhoused adults and families, where she assisted 200+ households. She provided direct services to adults as a project based Client Advocate for several years before moving into property management of a 50-unit integrated community of affordable and supportive housing. Prior to Wakeland, Ms. Cuvo worked as Leasing Coordinator overseeing multiple properties throughout Los Angeles, including shared housing and permanent supportive housing sites.
Ms. Cuvo earned a B.A. in Deaf Studies with a specialization in Human Services from California State University at Northridge. In her free time, you can find her at a live music event or a Clippers game.
