Melissa Wages began working at Wakeland in 2007, bringing in-depth knowledge of the San Diego County housing market from several years spent as a licensed real estate agent. Since then, she has held positions in nearly every department of the company, from Resident Services to Asset Management to on-site work in the leasing offices of Wakeland’s housing developments. From her years at Wakeland, Mrs. Wages has built up a significant understanding of the company’s policies and procedures, as well as its staff and residents, which she utilizes in her day-to-day work as Human Resources Manager.
A certified National Compliance Professional, Mrs. Wages continues to pursue her professional development through ongoing education in Human Resources. In her spare time, she enjoys running and spending time with her family.
