HEMET - Calif. Wakeland has expanded our footprint in California’s Inland Empire with the 41-unit Greystone Apartments, which celebrated its grand opening in the City of Hemet last Thursday (Feb. 9). The acquisition/rehabilitation project, which was completed in partnership with Riverside Housing Development Corporation, involved the full renovation of the property from top to bottom, including new materials, fixtures and flooring as well as a number of energy efficiency upgrades.
