Wakeland Welcomes New Project Manager Jonathan Taylor

​Our team is growing! Due to an increase in Wakeland’s development pipeline, we’ve brought on Jonathan Taylor, an accomplished affordable housing professional who has managed the development of seven housing communities in San Diego since 2006. 

As our newest Project Manager, Jonathan is already hard at work overseeing the development of select new affordable and supportive housing communities that are in the predevelopment phase.

He’s the latest hire in the continuing expansion of our staff, which also includes the addition of Supportive Housing Director Tricia Tasto Levien and Senior Project Finance Manager Peter Armstrong.
