Wakeland to Swell Dixon's Affordable Housing Portfolio

The affordable housing inventory in Dixon, California will soon swell by 102 units when Wakeland and Fairfield Residential break ground on the new Bristol Apartments. The project, part of a new master-planned community, will consist of 26 one-bedroom, 44 two-bedroom and 32 three-bedroom units. Construction is expected to begin in October, 2004 and finished in December, 2005. Award-winning Rodriguez Associates Architects and Planners are the architects for the project.
