Taylor Holland
Director of Development
Taylor Holland has assisted in the development of nearly 3,000 affordable homes throughout Southern California. As a Director of Development at Wakeland, she manages staff and a full range of activities related to the acquisition, financing, construction, and lease up of Wakeland’s affordable and supportive housing developments.
Ms. Holland’s experience includes multiple roles in the affordable housing sector. Prior to joining the Wakeland team in 2020, she worked as a Project Manager at PATH Ventures, where she was responsible for financing and developing affordable housing for families and special needs populations. Ms. Holland has also held roles in Homelessness Strategy at the Office of the City Administrative Officer of Los Angeles and Development Services at the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles.
Ms. Holland holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus in Community Economic Development and Housing from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics from the University of Nebraska.
Based in Los Angeles, Ms. Holland is an active advocate for the unique needs of her local community with City government. She serves on the Mid City West Neighborhood Council as the chair of the Social Justice Committee and is a member of the Homelessness and Renters Rights Committee.
