Description:
58 units designed for households earning between 25% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with 48 units set aside as supportive housing for people who have experienced homelessness.

Background & Status:
Partnership project with Housing Innovation Partners (HIP) to rehab an existing 58-unit property. Rehabilitation construction was completed in 2018 and apartments were renovated from top-to-bottom with new materials and energy-conserving appliances. The project also included construction of a new, standalone community building and an 87.1 kilowatt rooftop solar system that reduced energy use at the property by 35%.

Financing Sources:
Construction and permanent financing from tax credits, Red Stone Equity Partners, Wells Fargo, and State Dept. of Housing and Community Development. Additional funders include the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, HUD and energy incentives from Low Income Weatherization Program and Energy Upgrade California/SDG&E.  
 
Resident Services:
Comprehensive supportive services provided to residents by CRF, Pathways and Mental Health Systems. All other resident services provided by HIP.
