The Quincy is a new construction community (opened December 2023) in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles that provides 53 supportive homes for extremely low-income, homeless seniors age 55+ with a serious mental disorder and one 2-bedroom manager's unit. The affordable homes are coupled with wraparound support services provided onsite.
