William Kettler
Assistant Project Manager
William Kettler serves as an Assistant Project Manager for Wakeland, aiding senior staff in managing budgets, design, and construction throughout the development project lifecycle, from evaluating new opportunities and securing funding to lease-up and assignments once the project is placed in operation.
Mr. Kettler joined Wakeland in 2018 as a Staff Accountant where he worked across multiple areas of Wakeland’s finances, including project accounting for The Chesterfield and Casa Anita, and developing an interdepartmental CRM database. Prior to joining Wakeland, Mr. Kettler worked with the international law firm Jones Day in its flagship office in Washington, D.C. as a financial services liaison. He has also held positions with Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology) and Bank of America.
Mr. Kettler earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Politics from Pennsylvania State University, where he also served as a teaching assistant in the Department of Biology. In his free time, he mentors local youth through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and is a freelance contributor to podcasts and websites focused on sabermetrics, or the analysis of baseball statistics.
