​SAN DIEGO - Wakeland is proud to announce the addition of two stellar affordable housing professionals to our team!
​
Julie Hattler joins us as Project Manager. Julie has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate finance and accounting, including 10 years of work in the affordable housing sector. In her new role, she will oversee development on select Wakeland projects from initial phases through lease-up and completion.
 
Michelle Rocha is Wakeland’s new Portfolio Operations Manager and supervises our affordable housing communities to ensure that our operational, physical and mission-driven goals are achieved. She previously worked for our partners at ConAm Management, where she spent nine years as community manager at Wakeland’s award-winning Los Vecinos property in Chula Vista, California.
